This is a stunning 18ct yellow gold Diamond and Emerald brooch. It is set with 26 old cut diamonds and an emerald cut emerald. There is a small loop at the top, so it could turned into a fabulous pendant. The pin and hook have been replaced at some point in time. Excellent condition. Dated: early Victorian c1840-50 Tested as 18ct on a XRF Gold analyser. Emerald weight: 1.25ct approx. Weight: 13.8 grams Measurements: 33mm x 33mm approx.
