Each pack contains bite-sizes of frozen Ponmo Ijebu. The frozen Ponmo are washed while the dried Ponmo needs to be washed before cooking  Cooking Instructions  To cook dried Ponmo, all you need to do is soak in hot water, rinse and cook.
