Yam flour also known as Elubo in Yoruba and it is made out of yam or cassava. A yam is peeled, sliced, washed with clean water, dried, and blended into a flour called Elubo. Elubo is used to prepare Àmà là .Àmà là is from Western Africa and eaten mostly by the Yoruba people in Nigeria. It could be served with soups like Vegetable, ogbono , or any choice of soup.  Origin Nigeria, West Africa
