Use our Thread-X Bar End Caps to protect your throttle tube and handlebars when running your favorite flag type handguards. Our 1 Piece Bar Ends do not pull out or rotate after a crash like other bar ends, and the included o-ring acts not only as a thread locking device, but also as a wiper when removing to help keep dirt, debris, and other crud out of your threads. From C level to Pro’s, every rider running our bar ends really seems to appreciate the simplicity and durability of the 1 piece design. Our bar end caps are machined from billet 6061 Aluminum and anodized per MIL-A-8625. To install these parts your handlebar ends must be threaded 5/8-11. If not already threaded, please consider using our Thread-X Bar Tapping Kit. As part of the Thread-X ecosystem, you can easily swap out your flag type handguards at anytime for wrap around handguards by installing our Bar End Inserts. If your current handlebars have been badly damaged in the past, to the point where the ends are uneven and there is chance that our 1 piece bar ends might not tighten square/flush against your handlebars, you might consider our 3 piece design for your application instead.
