Use our Thread-X handlebar end inserts to mount your favorite wrap around handguards in the most secure and durable way possible. Our inserts are machined from billet 6061 Aluminum and anodized per MIL-A-8625 (hard anodizing reduces inserts galling in aluminum handlebars). They feature provisions for both an 8mm hex driver as well as flat head screw driver to give you multiple options on install/removal tools. Kit includes two threaded inserts and two M8 flat head bolts. To install these inserts your bar ends must be threaded 5/8-11. If not already threaded, please consider using our Thread-X Bar Tapping Kit. As part of the Thread-X ecosystem, you can easily swap out your wrap arounds at anytime for flag type handguards by installing our 1pc bar end or 3pc bar end.
